It is important to note that each child user profile must be associated with a Parent account, and children cannot access the Service without the Parent first signing in to the Parent account using their own credentials.

This may include answers to questions, submitted content, or messages posted or shared within the Service. Additionally, we may request personal information from you on other occasions, such as when you contact our technical support team, send us an email, complete a user survey, or engage in other forms of communication with us.
Information we receive automatically from your use of our Service: Like most websites and online services, we collect information such as your IP address, as well as non-personal information such as the operating system and ID of the device you use to access the Service.
